Refund and Exchange Policy

Please be aware that all sales made by Faro Optometry are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services rendered. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide high-quality eye care services to all of our valued clients.

Progressive or Bifocal Glasses Tryout

For progressive or bifocal prescription glasses, we require a 2-week tryout period. If you experience discomfort or difficulties during this period, please get in touch with us to schedule a one-time redo of your prescription glasses. This redo is provided at no additional charge after an Rx recheck.

Outside Prescriptions

If you provide an outside prescription for eyeglasses, we are not responsible for any issues related to adapting to the glasses. Any modifications, redos, or changes required due to issues with an outside prescription will incur additional charges. We strongly recommend using the in-office prescription provided by our qualified optometrist to ensure the best results.

Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy and data security are of utmost importance to us. We adhere to a strict privacy policy to protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy separately for more information regarding data handling and security.

Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Provide sufficient notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
